ICT in Local Government is realized with partners in government and private sector, in Kenya and internationally:

Innovation Africa Trust Fund - the initiators of the programme, designed and funded its activities in the first year (2009). The Trust promotes rural development through innovative technology with innovative partnerships. The founding trustees are Prof Judi Wakhungu, Dr Kevit Desai and Marcel Werner.

Government of Finland - The Embassy of Finland in Kenya has been at the forefront of providing financial support for "ICT in Local Government".

Ministry of Local Government (Government of Kenya) - the policy maker and regulator of the local government system provides strong support for "ICT in Local Government".

Office of the President - Directorate of e-Government (Government of Kenya) - the policy maker and standards body of the government for development of electronic government services, has provided technical and material support to the national conference of 3 September 2009.

Flametree Systems Engineering Ltd has been instrumental in implementing innovative and effective web and SMS solutions - training included.

Centre for Development and Environment (CDE) - University of Berne (Switzerland) contributes technology and methodology for using geographical information systems in the local government environment.

Kenya ICT Federation (KIF) - the industry association KIF has built bridges between the public and private sector in support of "ICT in Local Government".
